TruFiber Weekly Photo Draw: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The TruFiber Weekly Photo Draw (the "Draw") is sponsored by TruFiber, 549 W. 38th St, Houston, TX 77018 ("TruFiber" or "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Draw is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TruFiber, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Weekly Entry Periods
The Draw runs in weekly entry periods. Each entry period begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on Monday and ends at 11:59 PM CT on the following Sunday. The Draw begins on the date these rules are published and continues weekly until TruFiber ends it by posting notice on this page. Entries received after a period ends count toward the next period. TruFiber's records of the time an upload is received are final.
4. How to Enter
To enter, during a weekly entry period you must do both of the following:
- Complete the short entry form on our Customer Builds gallery page (click "Share Your Build"), giving your first and last name, email address and car year/model, agreeing to these Official Rules, and leaving the "Enter me in the weekly $50 coupon draw" box checked; and
- Upload at least one photo of your car showing at least one TruFiber part, using the "Upload Photos" link shown after you submit the form, using the same name you entered on the form.
An entry is complete only when both steps are done in the same weekly period. Photo entries must show at least one TruFiber part on your car.
Free entry without a photo: No purchase is necessary. You may also enter a weekly period for free, without a photo or a TruFiber part, by emailing customerservice@trufiber.com with the subject "Weekly Photo Draw Free Entry" and your first and last name, email address, and car year/model. Free entries have the same chance of winning as photo entries and count toward the one-entry limit below.
Limit one (1) entry per person per weekly period, no matter how many photos you upload. Uploading additional photos does not add entries. Entries are not carried over from one weekly period to the next. If more than one form is submitted with the same email address or name in a period, they count as one entry. Your entry does not depend on whether your photo is selected for the Customer Builds gallery. Photos must be your own, must show your car with at least one TruFiber part, and must not contain offensive, unlawful or third-party copyrighted content; TruFiber may disqualify entries that do not meet these rules. Automated, scripted or bulk entries, and entries using multiple names or email addresses, are void.
5. Photo License
By uploading, you confirm that you took the photos or have the right to share them, and you allow TruFiber to feature your photos on its website and social media, including with your name as a caption. This is the same permission described on the Share Your Build upload page.
6. Drawing and Odds
Each Monday, TruFiber will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the prior weekly period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that period.
7. Prize
One (1) prize is awarded per weekly period: a $50 TruFiber coupon (valid on parts only), delivered as a single-use coupon code worth $50.00 (USD) toward parts purchased at trufiber.com. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50.00. The coupon applies to the price of parts only and does not apply to shipping, taxes or other charges. It may be used once, is not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with other coupons or discount codes, has no cash value if unused or partly used, and expires 60 days after it is issued. The prize is not transferable and no substitution is allowed, except that TruFiber may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must reply within 14 days of the notification email to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not reply within 14 days, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize is forfeited and TruFiber may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that period.
9. General Conditions
TruFiber may cancel, suspend or modify the Draw if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity of the Draw. TruFiber is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected uploads, or for technical failures of the upload service. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to TruFiber's decisions, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release TruFiber from liability for any loss or injury arising from participation in the Draw or use of the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Draw is used to administer the Draw and the Customer Builds gallery and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Entering the Draw does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
11. Winners List
To request the name of a weekly winner, email customerservice@trufiber.com with the subject "Weekly Photo Draw Winner" and the week you are asking about, within 60 days after that week's drawing.
